Policies

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs SAR 100 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for SAR 150 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 6 years old and over stay for SAR 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of SAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reservations made without a credit card or with an invalid credit card must be re-confirmed with the hotel. The hotel maintains the right to cancel the reservation at any time after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The hotel shall not be held liable for the non-availability.

The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to noncompliance of these requirements."
