WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs SAR 5 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of SAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Due to local law, please note that this property cannot accept non-Muslim guests.

During the month of Ramadan, Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast and Iftar will be served as dinner.
