  : Receptionist definitely has a problem with south Asians probably more specifically to bengalis as there are native bengali workers there. Arrived 5am I specifically mentioned it I would be, before booking and can the room be ready which they confirmed..well My room wasn't ready til 4pm. Receptionist was rarely there, waited roughly 2hours. Two Pakistanis helped translate to this Saudi Guy. Helped me get a temp room Which was a family room no view, until my room was ready. Which I thought was great just as a luggage place holder. However when I got back to the reception at 4pm. He acted as if he didn't know me. Managed to get an Arab resident to talk to him, the Saudi told him he gave my room to Someone else because I agreed to the family room, that I had women with me in the lobby and assumed Im booked for the family room. No women were present except the two Pakistani men originally. I told him that I should get a refund, the Saudi threatened that I won't or only give half, to which I mentioned due to their Tourism Policy it's illegal, thank god the Arab guy was there because that Receptionist was spinning up lies as I was preparing to get the Pakistani guys down to testify. soon as I had to show my British passport again the atmosphere changed. After that miraculously.. My room. Was available.Night shift reception was crossing over the day reception. He had a gossipt when I was in conversation. "That's the guy" I heard in Arabic.Luckily again the Arab guy was there again and happen to translate whilst everyone was present as a layover.The Saudi guy said I was rude to him, and started yelling.In actual fact he didn't expect a guy who looks like one of his native workers to respond back.The days after that was hard to stomach with his presence, everytime I'd say Salam he wouldn't return it, I tried to constantly talk to him Via Google translate even for banter.

  : The apartment was spacious than expected and more convenient for big family, was close to the mosque and restaurants.
  : I arrived tired from my train trip , I didn't find the receptionist as he went for lunch ,another staff who doesn't speak English and bearly can understand Arabic asked me many questions about my booking , I wrote the reservation code and provided all the necessary informations to him but still was confused and had to ask the supervisor who was siting in the waiting area who assisted me to get the apartment. Before leaving the door Lock failed to open ,I tried many times to open but was very hard ,I called the reception 2 times no answer received .I kept trying for another 5 minutes luckily was opened . I informed the receptionist who didn't care about the inconvenience happened .
